Short answer: if your Android phone asks for an LPA activation code, activation URL, or a code that starts with LPA, we recommend using One-Click Install from your 4S service page first. This avoids manually combining installation details.
Recommended method
- Open 4s.net/login or 4s.net/service.
- Open your purchased eSIM.
- Tap One-Click Install and follow your phone prompts.
You can also open the order email sent from hi@4s.net with the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S. and use the installation link there.
If you must enter an LPA code manually
Some Android phones do not show separate fields for SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code. Instead, they ask for one LPA code or activation URL. In that case, use this format:
LPA:1$<SM-DP+ Address>$<Activation Code>
Example only:
SM-DP+ Address: smdp.example.com
Activation Code: ABCD123456
LPA code:
LPA:1$smdp.example.com$ABCD123456
Important typing rules
- Do not add https:// before the SM-DP+ Address.
- Do not add spaces.
- Use the dollar sign $ between the parts.
- Copy uppercase and lowercase letters exactly as shown on your 4S eSIM page.
- Do not replace $ with /, :, or a space.
- Do not enter a Confirmation Code unless 4S support specifically tells you otherwise.
If your phone shows its own format example
Follow the format shown on your phone. Most phones that ask for an LPA code use the same structure: LPA:1$SM-DP+ Address$Activation Code.
If it still fails
- Go back to your 4S service page and try One-Click Install again.
- Check whether the eSIM was already added to your phone.
- Try a different Wi-Fi or internet connection.
- Do not keep retrying with guessed values.

Contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat. Include your order email, ICCID if available, phone model, and screenshots of the screen asking for the LPA code. Do not reply to hi@4s.net; it is an automatic order and installation email sender.
