Short answer: use One-Click Install if available, or enter the manual activation details from your 4S service page.
Try these steps
- Increase screen brightness on the device showing the QR code.
- Clean the camera lens and scan in good lighting.
- Make sure you are scanning from the phone where you want to install the eSIM.
- Open 4s.net/service and check whether manual activation details are available.
If the QR code was already used
Check your SIM/eSIM list first. The eSIM may already be installed, and scanning again may fail.
