Short answer: if you are not sure which installed eSIM is your 4S eSIM, compare the ICCID shown in your 4S client portal with the ICCID shown on your phone.
If you are asking which eSIM is mine or which No Number line belongs to 4S, ICCID comparison is the best way to confirm it.
What is an ICCID?
ICCID stands for Integrated Circuit Card Identifier. It is the unique ID of a SIM or eSIM profile. For eSIM troubleshooting, it works like the fingerprint of the eSIM. The ICCID is usually a 20-digit number that starts with 89.
Where to find the ICCID in 4S
- Go to 4s.net/login or open 4s.net/service.
- Sign in to the 4S client portal.
- Open the eSIM you purchased.
- Find the ICCID shown on the eSIM installation or service page.
How to compare it with your phone
- Find the ICCID shown in the 4S client portal.
- Find the ICCID of the installed eSIM on your phone.
- Compare the full ICCID, or compare the last 6 digits if the screen is narrow.
- If the ICCID matches, that installed eSIM is your 4S eSIM.
iPhone
Go to Settings > General > About, then scroll down to the eSIM / SIM section and look for ICCID. If the ICCID matches the ICCID in your 4S client portal, the eSIM is already installed on your iPhone.
Samsung
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager, select the eSIM line, then open More information if available. Look for ICCID.
Google Pixel and other Android phones
Try Settings > Network & internet > SIMs to find the eSIM line. Then check Settings > About phone > SIM status or SIM status (SIM slot 1 / SIM slot 2) and look for ICCID.
Android menu names vary by brand and Android version. If you cannot find the ICCID, send support a screenshot of your SIM/eSIM list and your 4S eSIM installation page.
Why this helps with Code Invalid
If your phone says Code Invalid, Invalid activation code, or This code is no longer valid, the eSIM may already be installed. If the ICCID on your phone matches the ICCID in your 4S client portal, do not scan the QR code again. Select that eSIM line for mobile data, turn on data roaming for that same line, and follow the APN instructions shown on your 4S eSIM page if needed.
If several eSIMs look the same
Some phones show data-only eSIMs as No Number. iPhone default labels such as Travel, Business, and Secondary can also look similar. ICCID comparison is the best way to confirm which one is your 4S eSIM.
Do not post your full ICCID publicly. If support asks for it, send it through a Zendesk ticket, Zendesk live chat, or support@4s.net.
