Short answer: the eSIM profile may already be installed or already used. Most eSIMs cannot be installed on multiple devices.
Check first
- Look for the eSIM in your current phone's SIM/eSIM list.
- If you recently changed phones, check the old phone too.
- Do not delete the eSIM unless support tells you to.
