Short answer: manually selecting a network can help if your phone connects to a weak or unsupported network.
Before you start
Turn off Wi-Fi briefly so you can test mobile data after selecting a network.
General steps
- Open mobile network or SIM settings.
- Select the eSIM label used for 4S.
- Open network selection or network operators.
- Turn off automatic selection.
- Choose another available network and test mobile data.
