Short answer: LTE/4G can sometimes be more stable than 5G while traveling.
iPhone
- Open Settings > Cellular or Mobile Service.
- Select the eSIM label used for 4S.
- Open Voice & Data.
- Select LTE or 4G.
Android
- Open mobile network settings.
- Select the eSIM label used for 4S.
- Open preferred network type.
- Select LTE/4G if available.
