Short answer: on Samsung, check SIM manager, roaming, and APN.
Steps
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM manager.
- Select the label used for your 4S eSIM as mobile data.
- Open Mobile networks and turn on data roaming.
- Open Access Point Names.
- If the APN list is empty, add a new APN. Enter the 4S APN exactly; Name can be anything recognizable.
- Save the APN and select it.
