- Open 4s.net/login or 4s.net/service.
- Find your destination plan or ICCID.
- Open the eSIM details page.
- From this page, you can find One-Click Install, QR code, manual activation details, APN, validity, and usage information.
Find it from your email
- Search your inbox for hi@4s.net or the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S..
- Open the 4S order or installation email.
- Use the installation information or link in that email to open your eSIM details.
If you cannot find it
- Check whether you logged in with the same email or method used for payment.
- Check spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders for the email from hi@4s.net.
- If payment succeeded but no eSIM appears, contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat with your payment email, order number, and screenshot of the charge.
If you have multiple eSIMs, search by ICCID or destination name to avoid installing the wrong one.
