Short answer: open the eSIM details page in your 4S account, service page, or the order email sent from hi@4s.net with the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S. The QR code, manual activation information, and APN are shown there when available.
Where to look
- Log in to 4s.net/login, open 4s.net/service, or search your email for hi@4s.net or the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S..
- Open the purchased eSIM.
- Look for QR code, Manual installation, Activation code, and APN.
- Copy the APN exactly if your Android, Samsung, or Google Pixel phone asks for it.
Important note about APN fields
- APN is the important field. Enter the APN shown by 4S exactly.
- Name is only a display name on your phone. You can enter 4S, 4S eSIM, Travel, or your destination.
- Leave username, password, and other fields blank unless 4S shows a value for your specific eSIM.
- If the APN list is empty, add a new APN, save it, and select it.
If you do not see one of these fields
- If One-Click Install is available, use it first.
- If manual details are hidden or unavailable, do not guess the activation code or APN.
- If an Android, Samsung, or Google Pixel phone asks for APN and the APN field is missing, contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat with your ICCID and a screenshot of the eSIM details page.
Do not share your QR code or activation code publicly. Treat it like a password for your eSIM.
