Short answer: choose a destination or regional plan on 4S, complete checkout, then open your purchased eSIM from your 4S account or from the order email sent by 4S.
Basic flow
- Go to 4s.net.
- Choose your destination, region, or global plan.
- Complete payment.
- Check your email for the order and installation information sent from hi@4s.net with the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S..
- You can also log in at 4s.net/login or open 4s.net/service.
- Open your purchased eSIM to view One-Click Install, QR code, activation details, APN, and usage information.
If you do not see the email
- Search your inbox for hi@4s.net, 4S, or the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S..
- Check spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders.
- Make sure you are checking the email address used during checkout.
- If payment succeeded but no email arrived, contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat with your payment email and order number if available.
Install the eSIM within 1 month before departure. Installation adds the eSIM profile to your phone; the data plan starts on first use, when the eSIM connects and starts using mobile data.
