Short answer: delete the eSIM only after your trip is over and you are sure you no longer need that plan.
Before deleting
- Check that the plan has expired or you no longer need the data.
- Confirm you do not need screenshots of settings for 4S support.
- Make sure you are not planning to use the same eSIM again.
Deleting an eSIM can make it impossible to reinstall with the same QR code. If you are troubleshooting, contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat before deleting it.
