Short answer: open your purchased eSIM from your 4S account, service page, or the order email sent from hi@4s.net with the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S., then tap One-Click Install.
When your phone asks you to name or label the eSIM during installation, choose a clear label you will recognize later, such as 4S eSIM, your destination country or region, or Travel. If you did not rename it, look for the newly added eSIM, a travel/secondary/business label, or the line that shows No Number.
Before you start
- Install the eSIM within 1 month before departure.
- Use a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Make sure your device supports eSIM.
- Do not delete the eSIM after installation unless 4S support tells you to.
- Install the eSIM on the phone where you want to use it.
Install steps
- Open 4s.net/login, open 4s.net/service, or open the 4S order email sent from hi@4s.net with the subject Start enjoying your eSIM powered by 4S..
- Open your purchased eSIM.
- Tap One-Click Install.
- Follow your phone prompts to add the eSIM.
- When asked to name the eSIM, choose a clear label such as 4S eSIM, your destination country or region, or Travel.
- After installation, select that label for mobile data and turn on data roaming when needed.
If One-Click Install does not work
- Do not delete any eSIM profile that was already added.
- Check your SIM/eSIM list first. The eSIM may already be installed.
- If it is not installed, use the QR code or manual activation details from the same 4S service page or email.
- If you see Invalid activation code or This code is no longer valid, contact 4S support through support@4s.net, a Zendesk support ticket, or Zendesk live chat with your ICCID and a screenshot of the error.
Most eSIM profiles can only be installed once. If you see an invalid code error after trying again, the eSIM may already be installed.
