Short answer: contact 4S support and tell us the exact Order ID(s) for the extra eSIM purchase you want us to review. Also tell us which order you want to keep. This helps us avoid refunding the wrong eSIM.
Before you contact support
- Do not install, activate, or use the extra eSIM if you may want a refund review.
- Check your 4S account, service page, and order emails from hi@4s.net.
- Write down each relevant Order ID, destination, plan name, and purchase email.
- If one eSIM has already been installed or used, tell support clearly which one it is.
What to send us
When you contact support, include:
- The Order ID(s) you want 4S to review for refund.
- The Order ID you want to keep and use, if any.
- Your purchase email or payment email.
- A short note such as: I accidentally bought multiple eSIMs and only need one.
- A screenshot of the duplicate orders or payment receipts, if available.
Important
- Refunds are not automatic. 4S support must review the order status, eSIM status, and reason for the request.
- If an eSIM has already been installed, activated, or used, refund or replacement options may be limited.
- Please be specific about the order you want refunded. If you provide only your email address, we may need to ask follow-up questions before taking action.
