Short answer: a standard 4S eSIM purchase is a one-off prepaid payment. You are not placed on a monthly renewal or subscription for that eSIM data plan.
What you pay for
When you buy a 4S eSIM plan, you pay once for the selected destination, data amount, and validity period shown at checkout.
- There is no automatic monthly renewal for a standard 4S eSIM data plan.
- There is no subscription to cancel after a one-off eSIM purchase.
- The plan expires according to its validity period or usage rules.
What about top-up?
Top-up is also a manual purchase. If you choose to top up an eligible plan, you complete another payment yourself. A top-up does not turn your eSIM into a monthly subscription.
Can I be charged again automatically?
No. For standard 4S eSIM plans, we do not automatically charge you every month. You will only pay again if you manually buy another plan or complete a top-up purchase.
If you see an unexpected charge
If you believe you were charged unexpectedly, contact 4S support and include your order email, payment time, payment amount, and any payment receipt or bank statement screenshot you can safely share.
