Short answer: yes, if top-up is available for your current 4S eSIM plan. Availability depends on the destination, region, and plan type.
How to check
- Open your purchased eSIM on the 4S service page.
- Look for a top-up, recharge, or add-data option.
- If a top-up option appears, choose the matching package and complete payment.
Current top-up limitation
Top-up currently supports the same current destination or regional plan only. For example:
- If you bought a Japan plan, you can only top up with a Japan plan.
- If you bought a Europe regional plan, you can only top up with a Europe regional top-up.
We plan to support wider cross-region top-up options in the future.
For unlimited plans
If your unlimited plan says Unlimited Data – High-speed quota included, a top-up can add more high-speed data and extend the plan validity period.
If no top-up option appears, purchase a new plan for the destination or contact 4S support to confirm availability.
