Short answer: the package expires after the validity period shown on your 4S service page. If you top up an eligible plan, the expiry date can be extended.
How to check
- Open your eSIM details page.
- Check the validity period, expiry date, and usage information.
- Remember that many plans start on first use, when the eSIM connects and begins using mobile data.
How top-up affects expiry
For eligible plans, a top-up extends the validity period by the validity period of the top-up package. If the top-up also includes high-speed data, that high-speed data is added to the current plan.
Example
If you activate a 7-day 5GB unlimited Europe plan on January 1, then top up on January 3 with another 7-day 5GB unlimited Europe top-up, the expiry date becomes January 15, and the total high-speed data becomes 10GB.
